The staff here are amazing. Most of them have been there for many years. Everyone is very nice and take great care of my four kids. They do their best to solve any problems and show they care for all the kids year round.

Seriously sketchy place. Alarm blaring the entire time, people yelling at children, not organized at ALL. They also don't tip their delivery drivers. Seriously avoid.

I am a member of the public and just saw a movie at the Picture Show in Altamonte Springs where this group attended the show as a day trip. I sat behind a teacher who was so unbelievably nasty, rude, abrasive and just downright mean to the kids she was in charge of. Her tirade went on for at least 20 minutes before the movie started, aimed at a relatively well behaved group of children. She barked reprimands at them with the slightest, most minute reasons. The most outrageous action was when a little girl told her another student knocked her popcorn before the movie. She told her, "Sorry to hear that. Now go sit down!" The little girl was crying quietly to herself. The woman called her back to her, grabbed her forcefully by her forearms, and angrily told her to stop crying, squeezing and shoving her arms with each forceful word of emphasis. I was so distressed and disturbed watching how this awful woman treated these small children on a field day trip that should have been a fun experience. Beware parents! If this is how your children are treated in a public place, God knows what goes on behind closed doors when there are no witnesses.

My son loves it here. He doesn’t need after school care but goes anyway just to play outside safely and with his friends. One star removed because of no masks, but, I understand it as they’re also a daycare to little little kids. They have a great playground, multiple indoor play places/spaces with computers and arcade type games, homework help (my son never uses it- he prefers to play and do homework at home).

I love this place! After searching for a very long time for a place that would give me piece of mind when leaving my child there, we finally found it. I’ve had horrible experiences with daycare, so bad to the fact that actually had to sue a daycare for negligence bc they left my one year old at the time alone on a big kid’s playground and she was injured pretty badly, needless to say, I had trust issues. When I found this daycare I was skeptical bc of the one bad review, but after coming and taking a tour, my mind changed immediately. Ms. Rosa (2 year old teacher) is gentle and so loving with the toddlers, so much that I feel I’m leaving her with a family member. I love the fact that my daughter is being taught manners and responsibility at such a young age just like she were home. When I go in there it’s “take your elbows off the table” “no chewing with your mouth open”. This is the way I was raised and I really appreciate the fact that they go the extra mile to teach them home manners. Believe it or not, they serve real food here as well, not just chicken nuggets and fries out of a box. For breakfast my LO gets French toast with fruit, pancakes, etc. And for lunch it’s always a home cooked meal like rice and beans with chicken and salad on the side. Baby girl loves it c she wasn’t raised on fast food so she doesn’t like any of that frozen stuff they give kids in daycare. I trust these people to be fullest. My job just relocated me and we also moved away from that area and I have no problem waking up early and driving the few extra miles to bring her here bc I know she will be in great hands.
