As a wedding planner, I recently had the pleasure of working with the First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta for a wedding ceremony, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This is a truly lovely space. The chapel itself is beautiful, featuring stunning vaulted ceilings and rich wood beams that create an atmosphere that is both intimate and spacious. It was the perfect size to comfortably accommodate our 120 wedding guests. The wooden details throughout the chapel were simply exquisite, adding a touch of timeless elegance. One of the standout features was the charming courtyard located in the center of the property. This provided a wonderful area for guests to mingle and socialize both before and after the ceremony. It's a fantastic addition that enhances the overall guest experience. However, the true gem of this church is Pastor Willie. He is absolutely amazing – so refreshingly personal and genuinely kind. I had a lovely chat with him, and his service was truly special and heartfelt. He made the entire experience even more meaningful. Finally, the church also offers the practical benefit of multiple dedicated spaces for the wedding party to gather pre-ceremony, with separate rooms for the ladies and the men. This thoughtful detail made the preparation process smooth and comfortable. Overall, the First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta is an awesome church and a fantastic venue for a wedding ceremony. The beautiful space, coupled with the warmth and kindness of Pastor Willie and the thoughtful amenities, makes it a truly exceptional choice. I have found my people here. Good friends that have been there for me. A great youth program for my children and bible studies too. The families here support each other. I am also proud to be the Community Lay Director and a member of the Great Banquet community supported by this church.

My family has attended Tequesta Pres for many years, and we had 4 generations attending at the same time. We feel blessed by all we can do to be the hands and feet of God. Volunteering and working with the church brings us closer to the Lord. The children also attended the wonderful preschool. We look forward to all the blessings and love yet to come.
This Church has been my home and family for the past fifteen years. My favorite part of Church is the mission work. Whether it is feeding the hungry at the Edna Runner Center, or helping abused and neglected children at the Real Life Children's Ranch this Church makes a difference in people's lives. Last, it serves as the home of the Turtle River Great Banquet. A three-day cursillo model experience that has helped so many in our church and members of many other churches.
