First Path Day Care Center

We had a great experience at the First Path daycare center. During the tour, Alexandra (Sasha, the Director) addressed all our questions patiently, and the sign-up process was easy and smooth. Sasha knows and remembers every child's details and is always approachable and responsive. She consistently provides feedback and advice whenever needed. The teachers in the toddler room, Grace and Victoria, are amazing. They have two different personalities: Grace is full of energy and excitement, while Victoria has a calming effect. Together, they provide a perfect balance of energy and calmness. Our toddler was really happy and learned a lot in this class. Denise and Veronica also cared for our child for a short term as he transitioned to another class. Regardless of the class your child is in, teachers provide verbal feedback about the child's day and a small note with nap times, meal times, and what’s needed for the next day. Overall, our experience with this daycare was great. Our child was loved and cared for very well by the teachers and Sasha.

This daycare is exceptional! We have been impressed since the very beginning and have nothing but good things to say. Aleksandra and all of the teachers are so loving, kind, and attentive to each child’s needs. My two kids are learning new things and being challenged every day they are here. My mind is at ease when I am at work knowing my kids are in great hands and are getting the most out of their daycare environment.

Fantastic experience at First Path Daycare Center! It all started way before we came for a tour: Alexandra was so kind and caring, providing directions and offering help. When we came in to visit, the center was full of life - we saw a very diverse group of teachers and kids. Everyone was happy, running around in joy and happiness. The process of signing up was smooth as well - Alexandra ensured we have all questions answered and all the necessary information before signing up (she even encouraged us to complete all the remaining daycare tours, however we knew First Path Daycare will be the one that we choose already). Infant teachers, Irina and Fifi provided personalized approach and thoughtfully connected with our child. When picking up our daughter, I often found her laying on Irina's chest or sitting on Fifi's lap, while she read a book to a group of infants - precious. Toddler teachers, Grace and Victoria, are incredible. Grace is full of life, energy, genuine care, and excitement. She matches the personality of our daughter amazingly well and our child comes to daycare with the smile on their face. Victoria is a calm center of love and attention, and our daughter loves when Victoria cares for her. Denise and Olga helped care for our child as well - no matter who it is our daughter goes to the daycare with the smile on her face and running to us with a big smile during the pickup time too. What we love about First Path Daycare the most is that they are in touch through thick and thin. They called us in the beginning to describe difficulties during adaptation period and their approach to problem solving. They also called us when everything was good - just to tell us that our child is behaving well and having a great time. The center is very clean and hygiene is a center of attention. Children take off their shoes before entering the classroom and putting them on when going outside - it was a very important factor for us! Our daughter never had a diaper rash or cleanliness issue. They also supported us with any milestones we requested: whether it's weaning off pacifier, support with potty training, etc. Alexandra is amazing at providing feedback. We loved hearing her advise and approach to raising children as well as special tips and tricks. Max handled our invoicing and helped make all the documents compliant to be submitted for Dependent Care FSA reimbursement - smooth and pleasant process. There is no app or daily updates using phone. The philosophy is that teachers should focus on children instead of their phones. We were hesitant in the beginning, however it worked for the best. In the end of the day teachers will give you verbal updates (you can ask anything you like and they are equipped with information about your child) and a document with nap times, meal times, activities, what's needed for tomorrow. Overall, First Path Day Care is top of the line! They are also conveniently located in the heart of Watertown, right next to Boys and Girls club and the library. Their playground is nice - full of toys and games. We highly recommend First Path Daycare for personalized approach, care, and genuine love they share! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at First Path Daycare Center and would still be there if we hadn't moved. It was the first time we put our 6 month old in daycare and the director, Sasha, was very kind and reassuring. She had us come down with our son for an introduction hour and it eased my mind. Our son really thrived in the center with the caring staff. I loved that they took the kids outside every day for walks and in their wonderful playground. When we first toured the center, I remember Sasha saying something like, the first thing we teach the children is love. I really felt like this was true. The amount of love within those walls was palpable. Staff turnover is low and Sasha is there all the time and really pours her heart and soul into the center. I highly recommend this daycare center!
