We have visited here several times with our daughter and her family and the people are very kind and inviting every time. The service is always nice. The only thing I would, maybe suggest, is adding more contemporary gospel in with the traditional hymns. That's just a personal preference.

Best church in town. It doesn't matter where you are from or where you've been, they accept you if you accept Christ! If you haven't already, they can show you the way, the truth, and the life. They teach the Bible without mincing words or taking the"Easy Road". They teach the straight and narrow.

This church actually reminds me of 2Tim 4:3: 3-4 "For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths." (2 Timothy 4:3-4, ESV) In light of this passage of scripture, I would not recommend this false church. They voted out their godly pastor, Jared Poulton, who preached the truth of God's Word, and are in cahoots with false teacher Andy Stanley. This church is deceived. This church will lead you to hell. Run away and look for a Christ centered bible believing church.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, It says a lot that Christmas "concerts" with Shelly E Johnson are held at First Baptist Church of Dublin. This is evidence that biblical discernment is not practiced here at all in response to the gospel and the word of God is compromised here. Shelly E Johnson is a "worship leader" at the apostate "church" known as North point community Church. North point community Church is led by false teacher and heretic Andy Stanley. Andy Stanley is a false teacher who constantly attacks the authority of the Holy Bible and makes heretical claims encouraging people to "unhitch from the Old testament". It says a lot about the leadership of First Baptist Church of Dublin that it would expose the flock to such heresy all in the name of entertainment. Shelly E Johnson is also affiliated with well known heretic Beth Moore. Beth Moore spreads ecumenism and promotes other heretics like Joyce Meyer . Shelly supposedly had a packed house here at this church, did anyone hear her share the gospel according to scripture? If your desire is to worship God in spirit and truth in response to the gospel, find a Biblically sound church because first Baptist Church of Dublin is not.

First Baptist Church Dublin is a wonderful Bible following doctrine Church. The Church staff and congregation are loving and welcoming. Try FBC, you’ll want to come back.
