permanently disfigured my sons finger because their teenage staff weren’t watching him and he put his hand in a metal garbage can and got it caught, since no one came to help him he as a 2 year kid ripped his finger out leaving a huge chunk of his finger in the garbage can pedal… They proceeded to send him out to me when i rushed to get him with a baby wipe around his finger missing an entire chunk. I should’ve seen the signs when he came home with black feet, no socks, and other kids items every other day. Cheap is not better folks avoid this daycare at all costs seriously for your children’s safety. It used to be owned by a lovely woman when I went there as a kid, but now it is owned by a man who clearly cares about profit over protocol, safety, and children.
Love the school and the entire staff!!! My son has been going here since he was 13 months old!! He is always so taken care of and loved by all the teachers!!! I highly recommend !!
I honestly feel so lucky to have found first impressions. My daughter has been going since she was 18 months she is now 3 and has blossomed so much. The environment is clean and super bright and friendly. The staff always goes above and beyond for my girl.. They make every birthday and holiday so special. The staff truly cares. My daughter has been in the infant room and now in the toddler room and every teacher she has had is amazing! One thing I have to say is I think child care providers should get paid a lot more for what they do. If the owners of First Impressions are reading this GIVE THESE teachers and aids a raise!!!!!!! They deserve it!!!
I just wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the incredible experience I've had at your daycare. As a working mom and having attended multiple daycares before, I can genuinely say that First Impressions has been the best choice for my family. Finding a place that is not only reasonably priced but also filled with staff who genuinely love and care for the children has been a blessing. Ms. Debbie and Ms. Saudi have been so wonderful with my daughter since she was a baby. Dont even get me started on how much it warms my heart to see how much my other daughter adores Ms. Donna. Watching my youngest light up when she sees her teacher is priceless! I am thrilled to share that my oldest is now counting and learning through conversations, while my infant is achieving milestones I never thought possible at her age. It’s evident that your facility is more than just a daycare; it is a nurturing learning environment that feels like a home away from home. If any parent is not considering First Impressions for their children, I truly feel they are missing out on something extraordinary. Thank you for everything you do for our children and the community!!! The poor ratings on here are people who want to spend 4k a month at a name brand daycare. All I have to say is a name ain't worth anything if the teachers don't care about your child. Don't take my word for it, give it a chance and you yourself will understand why I rave about this daycare!!!! 🥰
Both of my daughters attend First Impressions - one in each class. My oldest is 3 and my youngest is 6 months. They truly care about my kids and are very hands on. Also have to say they're CLEAN! Staff is wonderful and kind. I rave about Stephanie she has always been an excellent help. Highly reccomend!
