This is a grandparent so my perspective comes from being engaged with my own children’s preschool and schools. This is a wonderful day care, the teachers are very caring and hardworking. The meals are balanced, healthy and prepared in house. The activities the kids engage in include a lot of hands on arts and crafts, plenty of outdoor play, lots of opportunities for learning. Most of all I love the detailed attention to security, the friendly administration and the staff. Wish I could send my grandkids here for 18 years💕💕💕💕
We have had all three of our children here and it has been overall a wonderful place for them. The environment has a very positive energy, with lots of fun art and natural light coming in, and wonderful outdoor spaces to play. The vast majority of the teachers we have had were excellent, showed they cared deeply about the kids, and the school administration was responsive to any special needs we had for our family.
This is the best Child care center ever! The teachers are warm and caring, and treat the children as their own. They have unique programs built into the standard curriculum like music science and even yoga. Their outdoor space is huge and keep the kids getting fresh air as much as possible. Our kids are so happy there!
My family is beyond grateful for the childcare provided at First Environments. The teachers are fantastic - caring, loving, and excellent communicators about how my child did each day. The facility staff from the administrators to the security personnel are all welcoming, helpful, and extremely friendly. I would recommend First Environments to any family searching for childcare.
My wife and I miss this daycare so much. Both my daughters attended here since they were a few months old until the older one was about 4years old, since the wife worked at the EPA. We had to move to TX because of work and we were not able to find a daycare that came close to this daycare at the same/similar price level. The good about this daycare is that the rooms are very spacious so they have ability to do a music section, drawing section and about other 4 sections so kids get to divide with friends and play together. I find funny the review that Johnsie Lang gave that her kids was punch two times by another kid and the daycare did not notify her. Let me tell you from experience if the teacher saw anything they would write an incident report and give it to you and then you have to sign it. I got tire of having to sign incident report of my daughters falling when running and scratching their knees or anything else. I told the teacher they are kids are going to get scratch up, I only need to know if is a serious issue. But they told me "that is the policy". So for Johnsie Lang, the only reason teacher did not say anything is because the kid who hit her kids did it when nobody was looking and more importantly her kid did not told the teacher so the teacher did not knew. I know this because my old daughter had 2 to 3 fights like every kid is going to have. There was one times our daughter told us that some other girl hit her, but my daughter did not told the teacher most likely because she is a little shy. But when we brought it up the teacher she told us she will keep a closer eye on the two and our daughter never again had the issue. Another thing I miss from this place is how they tell you about everything and let you know in advance. Also, having an open door policy were you can freely go inside the room at anytime and talk with the teacher. This helps because when you talk with teacher you really get to know what is going on with the kids and you can see how they behave.
