First Division Child Development Center

My daughter started out here when she was almost 2, and we LOVED it. She was in Toddler 2. The teachers were very patient with her, they're very attentive, very organized, very communicative. They helped her transition to starting daycare for the first time, and they were absolutely amazing. It all changed when she moved to Toddler 1. They said they were moving her because she was doing so well and they wanted to make room for other kids. The very first day, they called me at work to say she had a blow out and had no clothes so I had to come get her immediately (and they had an attitude when they called) turns out, she did have clothes, they just didn't move them from the old classroom when they moved her. They also told me she couldn't come back for 24 hours since she has a single blowout, which, turns out, that was false. It's supposed to be if they have multiple blowouts they can't come back for 24 hours - so that's 2 days off of work for me. Then, we continued to have issues with "blowouts". I came to the conclusion that she's lactose intolerant, so I asked if I could bring my own milk from home ( just fair life, not anything crazy). The lady at the front desk told me I would need a doctor's note- so this whole time I'm waiting on a Dr appt and note, they're giving her milk. So I finally get the Dr note, and the lady at the front desk (a different lady than the first one) informs me that isn't good enough, and I have to have a special form of theirs filled out by the doctor before I can bring my own milk from home for my daughter. Now why the heck do I have to go through this entire crazy process just to bring in fair life milk so my kid doesn't have a blowout every single day after lunch? This is madness. Needless to say, I'm pulling her out. Which is highly unfortunate, because we loved her first teachers so much. And the main lady at the front desk is amazing (not so much the other ones). And my daughter has loved going here. But I can't jump through all these hoops when I have to work full time. I'm better off with a Nanny who will give her whatever milk I choose without multiple doctor visits and various forms they decide to tell me about after they send me to the doc the first time.
