My son attended First Class Learning Center while he was 2-3 years old ( their Two’s class and Pre-K 3 class). I could not be happier with his time there! The teachers and administrators were all fantastic! Marisa- the Director was amazing- so friendly- professional - funny- you can really see how much she cares for her teachers and the children! His teachers were all so kind and nurturing- I always knew that he was in good hands. When I would pick him up he would tell me all the fun things he did at school during the day and was always excited to return the next day. If you’re considering First Class as your child’s daycare center- do it! They are amazing and you won’t regret it!

I'm so happy my husband and I chose this daycare center for our little one. First Class is exactly just that! The staff is very comunicative, the facility is spotless, and Ms. Marisa knows every child by name! I've never had a worry about my son's welfare. First Class Learning Center gives a sense of community and family. They are wonderful.

This is my response to the “reply” first class made on my previous post— Thank you for responding. I want to clarify a few points respectfully. While my previous review reflected my daughter’s experience up to that point, the recent incident changed things for me as a parent. I did bring my concerns forward immediately and followed the proper steps by contacting the appropriate agencies, as advised. I understand that you “reviewed” the cameras (which, to my knowledge there should be no cameras in the BATHROOM, so how can anyone confirm anything?); and I understand you shared them with the state, but I was not contacted directly by the school after the incident, and I was not given any information OR reassurance while everything was unfolding. I am not here to argue publicly—I simply want to ensure my daughter’s safety and advocate for her. I will wait for the investigation to be completed and allow the proper authorities to handle it.

Just the other day, I wrote a genuinely positive review about First Class. I meant every word at the time—and yes, the school had also told parents that writing a nice review would give us a 50% discount code for our children’s pictures. But here I am, only a few days later, having to warn other parents about the complete lack of care, accountability, and basic human decency this school has shown regarding a recent, extremely serious incident involving my daughter. I notified the school in writing about a TERRIBLE incident that occurred, one involving another child. I informed them that, due to the severity of the situation, the police and medical professionals were involved. I told them that all communication should be directed to me in writing, and that my daughter would not be returning “until further notice.” That did not mean she was permanently withdrawn—I made no such statement. Instead of responding. Instead of acknowledging me. Instead of showing concern or empathy for my daughter. Instead of following my reasonable request for written communication. They said NOTHING. No email. No message. No follow-up. No questions about my daughter’s wellbeing. What they did do was remove my access from ClassDojo without a single word. And less than 24 hours later, I received a call from Programs for Parents asking if I needed assistance switching providers—because First Class contacted THEM to say my daughter no longer attends their school. Excuse me? I NEVER said she was withdrawn. I NEVER authorized that communication. I NEVER even retrieved my daughter’s belongings. The fact that the school chose to handle this by silently cutting ties and reporting to a third-party agency—without responding to me, without addressing the situation, without showing ANY regard for my daughter—is absolutely disgusting. My daughter has spent years in that environment. Years of routines, friendships, and trust. And now she is forced to start over with new teachers, new friends, new routines, new everything—all because the staff failed to properly supervise her during an incident that NEVER should have been allowed to happen. I will NOT be silenced. I will NOT let them sweep this under the rug. And I will NOT allow what happened to my daughter to be ignored. My daughter is strong, smart, beautiful, and resilient—and so am I. What happened to her should NEVER be the reason a school decides to finally examine its supervision practices. Let this be the lesson they clearly needed, because no other child should ever have to experience what mine did. First Class should be ashamed of how they handled this from start to finish. You will not win by trying to shut me out. My daughter will prevail—and I will advocate for her every single step of the way.

This daycare is truly wonderful. I can say I go to work with a peace of mind that is priceless. Knowing that my kids are well taken cared of is very important to me. I love the kindertales & classDojo app that keep me informed and up to date with everything concerning my children. This daycare is amazing I cannot say it enough! super clean, the toys the classrooms, the bathrooms are always well cared for. The curriculum is great, the kids are always learning, and they do tons of different and fun activities. I've known the staff for over seven years, and they've cared for both my nieces and my own children with love and dedication. It's a place full of warmth, trust, and genuine care. I wholeheartedly recommend First Class Learning Center to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing learning environment for their kids. Worth every penny!
