My child has been at the school for three years. Starting in Marilyn and Michelle's room (infant room) where both teachers were warm and helpful and my daughter loved them, which is most important . Even though my daughter moved on to the next class, Marilyn still greets her every morning to help cheer her up if she gets sad or clingy when I leave. When my daughter moved on to the next classroom, they made her transition seamless and Miss Michelle even stayed with her in her new class until she was comfortable. They sensed my kid was nervous and stayed by her side until she wasn’t. The teamwork among the teachers is extremely comforting. The business is family run, and you can tell. The owner and director are extremely responsive and helpful and most importantly, truly care about the kids. My daughter has been in a few other daycares before and this one most feels like family/home.

My 3 children grew up in First Class. They were well loved and cared for. First Class is family. It's that simple! I read the fake reviews and it saddens me. My children were also kindergarten ready. I can go into First Class today, and see my children's baby pictures on the wall. My entire family, loves First Class!

The staff was very friendly however; we do not recommend First Class for young children. The infant room was very chaotic and understaffed. Many times only 1 teacher was in the room and we didn't feel like our baby could be safely watched and cared for. It was often very difficult to communicate with the staff and they did not attempt to follow the feeding schedule that we provided. One afternoon when picking him up the teachers were too busy to bring him to the pickup area so I was asked to come in the room and get him. I found him in his crib napping in his swaddle. He had a bib on, pacifier laying on him connected to a pacifier string, and a blanket in his crib near his head. The report we received showed that he started sleeping at 3:30 and we arrived just after 5 so he had been sleeping like this for almost 2 hours. We do not recommend sending infants to First Class.

My daughter is very shy, and new experiences cause her intense anxiety. With in 3 days she was completely at home here! The staff is very understanding and comforts the children enough so that they feel safe to explore and make friends. Great teachers!

My now 2nd grader started at first class at 6weeks old he went to first class until the start of kindergarten and again for summer vacation. My child broke his femur at hole at age 2 i took him Out for 8 weeks to care for him. When he went back they made sure to let me know any fall that might have occurred and would always let me know if he was hurting or limping as he was just 2. My now 3 yr old went there also from 10weeks to 1.5 she no longer attenda due to covid. I would never hesitate to send my kids there and my 2nd grader cannot wait for summer camp. Ps some teachers babysit after school! They are not teachers they are friends and family!
