Very very alarming and displeased!! As a human and a single mom with a 5yr old that was diagnosed with ADHD it’s been very difficult while it has been seen over time now that my son is getting older. Anyways I enrolled my son in the center with awareness of such with my son and that we was in process of him getting testing and that if it was something he wouldn’t be on any meds but gummies to calm him down because he is hyper they was aware and took him in my son didn’t even stay in there for a whole six months they kick him out and the way things was handled it was down right low and I’m very disappointed and distraught. So if your kid have any condition don’t even bother taking them there because it’s just a waste and it wasn’t shown integrity due to them being understaffed but that shouldn’t be another reason on why a child isn’t able to be there!!!!! I really feel like my son was single out in a type of way of them getting rid of him with no remorse!! And please daycare please don’t bother to call me to talk about it, you all was quick to kick him out so please!!

My daughter attended school here for about 4 years. There were a few teachers we genuinely loved, and who loved our daughter, but those teachers left the school. There is high turnover with the good teachers, from what I saw personally. Once my daughter could talk and articulate what was happening in the classroom, when she was in the 3-4yo class, my daughter would come home saying the teacher hit her on the head with a "stick with a finger on it" (pointer stick), which other students saw happen, she came home saying the F word in English and in Spanish (said she heard it from the teacher), and that the teacher bribed the students with M&M's, and my daughter didn't get any, and it made her feel bad. Anytime I brought concerns to the director, she gaslighted us, told us our daughter was lying, trying to make it seem like it was the child's fault, or she would tell nonsensical stories, seemingly trying to confuse us, which didn't work with us. Coincidentally, when we started raising concerns, and would not accept the director's lack of ownership and accountability, the school started sending "incident reports" home for our daughter, which we felt was retaliation. I called a conference due to these issues, and then they in turn called a conference, as if they were trying to create a case against us. We removed both of our kids from the school. They asked us to find somewhere else for our daughter, saying it 'wasn't the right place for her', which we feel was due to us raising concerns and those concerns not being acknowledged. We heard this happened to other students as well that were asked to find other schools, likely students or parents they didn’t want to deal with - instead of dealing with the real problem. The director also spoke condescendingly to her teachers in my presence, and they deserve better. I would not recommend this school at all. We were so glad to move on from First Class Child Development Center. Our daughter thrived immediately upon moving to a school where she felt loved, welcomed, and valued.

My son went to First Class and blossomed into a more than ready Kinder Kid! Teachers are awesome! Management is very involved and treat the families as if they’re their own. My son asks to go back and see his teachers and the director. I feel blessed to have such great influencers that impacted his life so positively! I will definitely place my next child here ❤️

My son has attended FCCDC since 2016 as an infant and is about to be in the 4’s class soon. My experience with the school has been truly amazing! The staff in each class is so loving and patient. The management is very caring and understanding and does everything they can to work with you as a family! I love everything about this school and would recommend it to all!

This facility feels more like a private school for my kids with them being in a well structured environment for them to learn and grow rather than some daycare I drop my kids off at. I have know the owner for a number of years and have had the opportunity to see first hand how she has brought the buisness up from one location to multiple locations now. The educational structure she provides for the children in her care is excellent when compared to some of the other options out there. My wife and I have been bring our children here for the last several months, and in these few months my children have shown great improvements with both behavior and speech. My 18 month old can sing her alphabet and is starting to let us know when she has to potty. My 3 1/2 year old is bringing home crafts on a fairly regular basis and tells my wife and I about all the fun he has with his friends throughout the day. I am impressed with activities they have on special days such as splash day where the kids get to enjoy the outside weather with some fun water toys and games. The daily sheets are also an added bonus into letting my wife and I know what our children have eaten and what activities they have done for the day.
