First Class Child Care LLC

I would just like to report on how awful their drivers are! This particular one almost hit my car, put his van in parked and refused to move until I backed my car out hallway into the street because I cannot move forward. Not to mention he was doing 35 in a inclosed neighborhood with the speed limit of 15! And he is picking up children to put in that van! His license should be revoked. Way to endanger children with your careless behavior!

My son is in the infant section and loves the interaction of staff, other babies and variety of toy to play with. They message or explain if an incident happens. They take pictures or show me the location of injury. Flexible and long hours, friendly staff, accept different pay options. But very accommodating with my life situation.

My girls were at this daycare for over a year. At first I loved it, I had no issues for about the whole first year. Almost immediately after their year mark i started noticing a lot of the senior good staff were leaving without notice. They started going through a lot of different staff in and out. My oldest would come home daily with complaints about being bullied, after i talked to the owner she insured she would take care of it! Nope, things just got worse. My oldest would come home with bruises in teeth mark shapes, busted lip, bumped head and more bully stories. I always got the same result with the staff which was they don't know what happened, they watched cameras and conveniently never found anything on cameras. My youngest had an asthma attack and was not given her albuterol due to my consent form being expired and they refused to take my verbal consent. She fell off tables, got sick all the time. and again never knew what happened and never found anything on cameras. I ended up calling state and the next day i received a hand written letter from the owner stating that i my girls were no longer welcome. I wouldn't recommend this to any parent who wants they child health and safe. This daycare is dirty, unsafe and extremely unprofessional!!!

I would like to say thank you to all the wonderful teachers at First class. Coming from a previous childcare teacher I understand the struggles you go through as a teacher. You are not given enough credit for your hard work and dedication! Trusting someone to care for my child is very important to me and I refuse to take her anywhere else but First Class! Thank you for all the wonderful, hardwork y'all do. This is definitely an amazing daycare! I was referred by family and i will always recommend to family and friends!! Thank you First Class staff!

My family loves First Class Child Care. We have 2 girls that have been at the center for all of their lives. One is 12 and the other is 7. The teachers are amazing and treat my children as if they were their own. It has been fun to watch the center grow over the years and my girls absolutely love going there. I highly recommend First Class Child Care
