First Christian Church Day School And Child Care Center

I know there are a lot of bad reviews, however, my experience could not be any better. The school does not take children until they are at least 18 months old however I brought my son into tour when he was 15 months old. All of the students took him in as their own and didn’t see him as any different. They began playing with him, and they remembered his name and called him friend. The atmosphere was so kind and uplifting, and that meant so much to me as this would be my son’s first time in daycare setting. He began during the summer and has now been here for about three months. I have noticed so much change in his behavior, he was diagnosed with a speech delay, and his teachers are so patient with him. He just had surgery to get tubes put in his ears, and his teachers told me they were praying for him. To me, that just speaks volumes on how they are teaching At the school! His teachers send me photos and update me every day when I come to pick him up!

My now 3 year old goes here and we just started our 18 month old as well. It is not the fanciest place in town but it’s a great price and our son has already learned so much. He was counting to 10 and knew his ABCs right after starting. He has also become much more social around others. His teacher always sends pictures and updates us. The kids always seem happy when we pick them up.

I normally don’t do reviews but this place needs to be investigated. I enrolled both my daughters here and was told that if I ever had concerns or wanted to check on them I could call & they reassured me everything would be okay. Soon after having my kids here, I noticed a drastic change in my 3 year old. She became very aggressive & started acting a way that told me she was being neglected & abused. I reached out to the director & she was never there and never answered the phone. The teachers basically run this place. Anytime I had a concern and left messages. The teachers would tell me they’d relay the messages but my calls were never returned. They also stuck older kids in the same class as my 3 year old. Everyday I took my daughters they would cry and scream as soon as we pulled up. Only after taking my daughters out did my 3 year old feel comfortable telling me she was being abused by another student. I called and reported the school and then & ONLY then did the director start calling and leaving me messages. Months of me fearing for my children’s safety wasn’t important to these people and now I have to seek counseling for my daughters. Do not leave your kids here. Half the time I’d pick my kids up the teacher with the Mexican accent was on her phone and not paying attention to the kids. I also have phone records and dates proving I tried reaching out about my concerns and my calls were not returned. This place is very sketchy.

My son came home with a black eye which I still have photos of. No one knew how he got it. He had red marks on his arms and my kids would scream and cry when I had to leave them there. My daughter got ecoli also!!!! I normally don’t do reviews but this place is awful.

My son was enrolled two days and had a broken femur when we picked him up. Ashley and Lisa both didn't know how this happened. They did not go outside and they only had 4 kids that day. We also did not receive a refund for two month in advance. These people are shady and at the very least need to be jailed with the center closed down. Do not take your children here!!!!
