My daughter had pre school here and did well. However my son had terrible experience in the after school program. When confronting DeeDee the director and telling her my concerns with the staff, she cut me off and said " let me stop you there, it sounds like he needs a new daycare" . Without evenhearing out my concerns. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL
We send both of our children, and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I see some bad ratings here, but I can say that is not what I’ve experienced here.
