We moved out of state for 10 years and tried other churches when we returned, but returned here because of the love of the people. We very much appreciate our Pastor who speaks the Bible as it is, without adding or subtracting There are a huge amount of youth and children events and lots of ways to use your gifts in music or missions. They really care and love on the community they are in.
I have loved my experiences and time with first baptist with the staff and people that attend there! They have an amazing amount of children activities and youth group! I am very excited to see where God takes this church in the future and I look forward to being apart of it!
Echo chamber with bad theology. Mention other belief systems, or even other denominations of Christianity and people here will jump down your throat. Very good at cherry picking parts of the Bible and missing the overall teachings of Jesus. Lots of hypocrisy. Very poor theology and just a focus on recruiting more people. Definitely go here if you want to be turned away from God/Christianity in general.
