The church is doing a great job with the children! I could tell that the children's department workers really cared for the children. The message was scriptural and pretty normal for a Baptist Church. My wife and I didn't get anything fresh to glean from the message though. The worship was a bit of a struggle. It felt like the emphasis was on the feel of the drums rather than the Spirit. It was spiritually dry. Also most of the songs I've never sung before. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but the songs did not feel Spirit filled.
This is an absolutely wonderful Church with the best most loving congregation I've ever met and I have been very happy to call this place home for 8 years. Sadly the only thing that they don't have is a choir and I know that there are a lot of people out there that like it including me 😥
