Firehouse Preschool

This review is for the Firehouse Daycare facility at Altadena Dr. & Casa Grande. My son has been with Firehouse for over two years now, and I can confidently share my experience with the program. He started when he was just 7 months old. Before choosing Firehouse, I visited three other daycare facilities. When we toured Firehouse, I immediately appreciated how well-run everything felt. The environment was clean, safe, and welcoming. I also had the chance to speak with a few parents, and a glowing recommendation from a former colleague ultimately convinced me to enroll. Throughout our time here, I’ve truly appreciated the care and attention my son receives from the staff. My son's teachers keep me updated on what he’s learning each day, Miss Gayane regularly sends photos that brighten my day, and Miss Romelia is incredibly kind and loving to him. My son comes home reciting his ABCs, counting and expanding his vocabulary, a reflection of the academic and social support he’s receiving at Firehouse. I’m grateful for the nurturing environment they’ve created, and I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare facility.

My son has been attending Firehouse Preschool on Altadena Drive for three years, since he was ten months old. It is so hard to find high quality program with openings for infants and we were thrilled to get a space right away. We have enjoyed our experience. Our son is thriving and has learned so much from the teachers. We have made good friends as parents. The facility is very clean and well cared for and the hours are very accommodating for working parents. We now plan to enroll our youngest son when he is six months old.

My daughter has been at this location since she was 5 months old and we've had a very good experience. The classes are nice and small, the rooms and spaces are clean and bright. She has learned a lot during her time there and we feel very much a part of the community they have built there at the school. The director Gayene is truly dedicated to the children and their learning. The teachers often come up with fun and educational activities during different seasons and they also host events for parents and families throughout the year. They have very good hours for busy working parents and the tuition is reasonable in comparison to other schools in the area.
