Firehouse Kids Academy

As practically first-time parents, since our children are only 16 months apart, we didn't trust anyone to care for our babies. We went to more than 15 daycares, and in none did we feel as confident as in this one. We are so grateful to all of our children's teachers for giving us the security and confidence that they are in good hands. From the moment I arrive to drop them off or pick them up, I feel like I'm with family, and everyone is always attentive, even to me, since I recently had surgery and they helped me with the baby because I couldn't hold him. Especially Patty, Yokasta, and Tania. Thank you so much!

I wish I could leave less than a star, but it’s nearly impossible, guess will have to speak to google about extremely poor customer service and unprofessionalism: I called to ask to speak with my son, the front manager refused to allow to speak to him, when I went to speak to her in person she had an attitude, I requested to speak to her supervisor, or even the owner, they never got back to me, (I been having an horrible terrible problem with the mother of my son as to where she beats him up bruises him and threatens him if he talks of what she does to him, she has fabricated lies after lies in court to self petition and get a green card, and get all the freebies that a true victim of domestic violence gets. She’s confirmed numerous times to people close to her that all she wanted was to get her status and never wanted a marriage, that said, (not that I want to be with a horrible person like this)the manager unprofessionally instead of speaking to me about what I had spoken of to her, called the mother and allowed the mother to fill her head with all the lies the smear campaign the slanders she’s spread of my person ruining my reputation, the manager being a puppet allowed the demon of my ex, to control her to the point of threatening me to call the police, without any cause. Allowing the mother to continue to get away with the beating she causes my son, the manager was so furious with me that didn’t allow me to show her all the pics of the bruises that the ex has done to my son. I had to call my lawyer and have them Call them. Also, the kids are in a basement crying desperately, they don’t let you see the complex with some awkward policy. This experience has been very hurtful, and very despicable, by the way patricia engaged speaking to my ex to hurt me without learning both side of the story, and like a robot allow that person to manipulate her, it’s sad. Hope this comment should hopefully reach to the owner of this place so this comment will be taken down and things could be sorted out in an amicable way since they are not aware of the situation but if Patricia is the owner I guess then this is just going to help people decide weather to have their kids left with unfit people to handle your kids while your at work. I wonder if this place has all permits and licenses. I won’t post the video of the encounter for court reasons.

My 2 kids are being taken care here for 1 year and a half now... best Day Care ever... professional and courteous staff and my 2 girls are very happy to be there, I know this because every time I pick them up they seem so happy and they just hope for another day in Day Care...

Very nice daycare I just wish that they send daily pictures of the activities they do with the kids
