Everyone at this office was pleasant and helpful. I was in and out of the office in about 40 minutes which is good timing considering check in, paperwork, hand washing, fingerprinting, etc. I wasn’t waiting more than 15 minutes total. Ladies behind the counter were very sweet.

Everyone was great the officers were very nice when I got to the fingerprinting office the younger female with face mask was extremely rude

Professional. I've experienced that when you follow protocol, you'll have no issues here. The personalities are dry. However respectful.

Courteous & friendly. Be prepared for a 2+ hour wait when requesting a police report. When picking up a report (2 weeks after submitting a request) the wait is short.
