Fielder ECC is the most incredible preschool and Kindergarten program. They are so loving, kind, supportive, and provide your kids with a great educational foundation! I have had children attend every level of their program and we have loved every teacher. I absolutely could not recommend their Kindergarten program enough! We are only half way through the year, but my daughter is thriving, and has already had so many cool opportunities, including having a big role in the Christmas program. Everyone in Arlington should know how incredible Fielder ECC is!
In the last three years, the principal at Fielder ECC has pressured three different families (including mine) to withdraw their boys or be kicked out with a bad record that transfers to elementary schools. The teachers confirmed that my 4-year-old son was not violent or abnormal, just busy. I was willing to accept that this was an isolated problem, but now that I have seen 2 other families with good parents and normal boys also get asked to leave (and I am told there are others) - this seems to be a pattern with boys at Fielder ECC and not an isolated problem. They loved our daughters, but they are either not qualified or not willing to help socialize completely normal boys. This was hurtful and a bit traumatic for the parents and the boys in all 3 families and I believe that it is something that parents should be made aware of before sending their sons to Fielder.
My son attended this school for 2 years. He loved it. Teachers are great. They do a great job teaching and taking care of the kids. They do not teach beyond Kindergarten so we had to move on to a new school. Wish he could attended this school many more years😔
My 3.5 year old has had the most amazing experience here! She LOVES her teachers Mrs. Ellie and Mrs. Woodson. She is excited every day to go to school. We are very lucky to have found this gem of a preschool.
Although my kids native language is not English but after 1 month both of my boys are so fluent now. Am so glad and happy that they are at ECC Very professional staff, miss carol is the best director I've ever seen. All teachers are nice and wonderful
