Fervent Care Child Care Ministry #2

This center is under staffed. The younger teachers could use more childcare training. Pastor D and her daughter are not fit to run this center. Pastor D isn’t ever in a happy mood and she very rude. She’s asked me on several occasions to swipe my child in for ccdf hours and she wasn’t at daycare because she was in school. I brought my child back here because as a baby she attended this daycare. Her teacher that took care of her as a baby is still there and I love her. At the time the center was ran by someone else and the workers actually did their job. Now it’s like they just have bodies in a position and some of them are there just to get a check. They are suppose to have before and aftercare availability but they depend on one person to do that. So if she is not able to get the kids to school or from school, you’re stuck trying to figure it out because they will not tell you until you get to the daycare. I’m currently looking into other daycares to remove my child from this center. Take your kids else were Lbvs . Level 3 is overrated because they should still be at level 1. They truly deserve the 1 star service.

Pastor D isn’t ever in a happy mood. I’ve witness her say one child had a disability and the child did not. Kids always hungry upon arrival to center. Nose running. Childs shoes left untied….Take your kids else where Lbvs . Level 3 for a reason 1 star service

The director is terrible she don’t know how to talk to parents and her intentions in not pure don’t take your kids

Very unprofessional and allows employees to perform poorly while taking care of the children.
