Two stars because the facility is clean, well maintained, and secured. Communication between the office and potential parents is atrocious. We did our due diligence and toured early and filled out and sent in paperwork 6 months in advance. We were waitlisted - totally understandable. What’s unacceptable is the two months of me following up with phone calls, emails, and finally in person to have to wait 40 minutes to not even speak to someone! The front office sister finally just told me that they “will definitely call my back.” (Obviously not?) and that I “should probably keep looking at other schools because their waitlist long since they accept DHS students.” I don’t care if I’m still on the list, but have the professionalism to follow up with someone who’s clearly reaching out and trying to figure out care for their infant. Still haven’t heard back almost three months later.
My wife and I love Felician Children's Center, we would definitely recommend sending your child here. We have been using FCC services for 3 years and have never had an issue. We now have 2 children that attend and they love it and tell us all the things they get to do each day. We provide a cold lunch for our kids but if you would like your child to have hot lunch thats an option. FCC also covers breakfast, snacks and diapers which is a huge bonus.
We love FCC! I recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in the Jackson area. Tracy and the admin/welcoming team are always smiling each morning and are great to work with. The teachers have all been so caring, kind, and fun in each room my kids have been in! I have a 3 month old and a 2.5 year old and I feel so confident and safe having my kids at FCC with the care we've received!
They are very accommodating with everything, and provide diapers, wipes, breakfast, lunch and snacks! The workers are so kind and caring. We love our Room 10 team! She has grown to love Lizzie and Maddy so much! Excited to go to school! I also like the app which makes it great to communicate and see what is going on during the day. We know when it is nap time, snack time, when diapers are changed, and sometimes get pictures! Also, being run by the Felician Sisters, we know that they are providing a loving, nurturing environment where the children can grow and blossom into their true potential! Would recommend to anyone looking for a daycare in the area!
We started at FCC in 2020. We love that they keep us updated on our child's day in the app, and all of the staff members have been great! I feel like my children are learning a lot. I wish the communication was mainstreamed to 1 place versus checking 3 different areas. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I love FCC, though, and how well they treat my children!
