I signed up on the website to be contacted by an employee of the center so I could ask about the tuition - because the website brings you to a contact form when you click on the banner that says "tuition" - and they instead signed me up for a tour that I didn't ask for without even contacting me to check if I was available for the date/time they signed me up for. I attempted to respond immediately and received a form email indicating that I had replied to an unmonitored inbox, which leads me to question if any actual people were involved in this trainwreck of an experience. They're wasting their own time - I certainly won't accept a summons to a business that won't even bother to talk to me first! Extremely presumptuous of them, and very offputting.
Started my 4 month old here a month ago and I could not be happier! Everytime I pick up my baby after being there all day she is so happy and relaxed. The teachers make everyday so special and fun for the babies- I feel so confident as a new mom dropping her off with teachers and staff who genuinely care about her. 10/10!
As a new mom, it's hard to leave your child with people you don't know, and I feel incredibly lucky that I came to the right place. KinderCare have excellent staff, clean facilities, professional and very attentive teachers, everything is well organized and well structured. For my son and I, the magic begins when you enter the door and you meet an angel named Amy, that's how we call Amy, "our angel", she welcomes all the children with her tender smile, with her cooperative heart she helps to the fact that the arrival of my son was warm in his first stage. My son's teachers are two admirable teachers, dedicated, loving, attentive, with a lot of preparation and a lot of experience. Thank you Mrs. Michelle and Mrs. Rebecca for every second you dedicate to my son, thank you for your patience and dedication. I also want to thank in a special way the director of the center, Mrs. Julie, who is extremely professional, she is loving, she is kind, she is absolutely phenomenal. It is comforting to know that my son is in a safe environment. I thank all the staff that work there. My family and I would gladly recommend Kinder care.
Hands down the best childcare facility in Cumberland county! My family and I toured several facilities before after our PCS, and Ms. Julie was a blessing! She went above and beyond months before our arrival to communicate openings and opportunities for us! She is very well versed in military assistance and the hardships of the life. Mr. D is fantastic our daughter couldn’t have been happier with her care! Ms. Monica is so encouraging and consistent. Our daughter has now moved on to Kindergarten and still goes back to visit. You all are so loved by us! Thank you for all you do day in and day out! 🖤🖤
My Grandchildren love this day care. My grand daughter has been going to this day care since she was 2 years old and now she is almost 6, my grandson also goes here. The teachers are very nice. They help shape your kids to be good humans. They take great care of your children. I would recommend them to anyone.
