If I could rate this zero I would. This place is disgusting the complex is infested with roaches, the upkeep is horrible they are rundown and the front office is unprofessional. They rented us an apartment with no AC in the summertime and I have a newborn baby, my family and I have been living her for about 6 month and it is the worse experience we have ever had. They fixed the front gate and everyone needs a security code to get in but the place is still trash their priorities is mixed up. And the maintenance workers are not equipped for the job every time they try to fix something they make it worse. Moral of the story please stay away and take my warning and don’t move here I am trying to spare you like I wish someone did me.

Roaches roaches roaches. Hundred of roaches within 30ft of my back door. I’ve had to bomb my apartment multiple times and use a ton of roach bait. Fridge went out and ruined all my food within two weeks of moving in. It’s happens whatever right? Now no power due to blown main breaker so all my food is gone a SECOND time. I legally have to use a CPAP for my job so I’m forced to order dinner, pay for a hotel, and restock my fridge. I will see if they get it fixed tomorrow and offer to reimburse me for my troubles and also what they plan to do about the cockroaches. I will update this when a resolution has been reached. Update- tool them almost two weeks before they offered to transfer me over to one of their sister complexes. I obliged due to time constraints. Took them another month to reimburse me for food and motels (didn’t get the full amount of almost $900 instead they gave me I believe $460ish off my rent).

My car got broken into window glass broken, i don't know if anything got stole. Mold issues in bathroom and kitchen i told the maintenance people to come fix it they never came to fix it. Roaches in the apartment everywhere. Got my packages stolen multiple times and i’m still waiting for my security deposit money back. Worst first apartment ever.

Living here was honestly garbage, there was a lot of shooting going on in the neighborhood, cars getting towed left n right. Failed many of the inspections and put EVERYONE out. So many fires going on in the neighborhood and spreading to other places. Rats were everywhere. My apartment got robbed once because of poor security. And while we were moving because they evicted everyone, it got robbed again and the people didn’t give us the chance to get all of our stuff out which included important files, clothes and family stuff has been lost. And thank God we moved. But most families who have gotten evicted don’t even have homes yet. Tried to move across the street n it was expensive as heck.

I think rati g this community a 1 is very generous. They scamed us out of our money , put innocent families out , and forced us to pay overdue bills in their name by money order so they could pocket the money. I have never experienced this in my life and this is tragic. I came home from having my daughter and my apartment was flooded. They lied and told me that the work order had been completed to extract the water from my apartment and rip up carpet. Mold got everywhere and now I'm with out some of my things and without a home with my kids.
