I’m going to give them 4 stars because they are amazing when it comes to my Child, they’re very helpful especially when it comes to children. Unfortunately, the reason why I didn’t give them five stars is because I thought it was a family servicing guidance center therefore, I thought I could be seen and treated too as well along with my son but unfortunately, I have to go to a different provider because they do not treat adults unfortunately. Just wanted to give some of the families, a heads up if they kinda thought the same thing as me
Absolutely horrid place, was sent here time, and time again. Started me out in life with like 6+ physically addictive meds at 7 years old, was having nose bleed clotting the size of my palm, no one seemed to notice anything wrong, or cared what I had to say as a child. This place should lose it's liscenses, or permits to operate. They are running a legitimized trap house for children. I am 28 years old now, and still have nightmares of this place trying to not be chemically tortured. This is not mental health treatment, this is mental health torture.
I visited FSGC today to discuss a few problems in my life. The councilor was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered some good suggestions on how to cope and block certain negative forces, pulling me away from health. The clinic is very new nice, clean. The place smells nice. The staff were kind and welcoming. I liked all the paper bees, buzzing, (etherially,) round the lobby. My experience was helpful, meaningful, and thoughtful. I appreaciate the open policy.
I’ve had a great experience with Family Service and Guidance Center. Arely is so kind, professional, and truly cares about the well-being of the people she helps! She’s made a real difference in our lives. Highly recommend!
