Had high hopes for this place because the handbook reads like they’re very trauma informed And maybe they do know how to be, but that only works if you hire the right people which they clearly haven’t. The attitude of this place Permeates throughout it. Would avoid unless it’s literally your last option

My 11 month old daughter goes here and I am very happy with the level of love and care she receives. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns. They seem to truly enjoy what they do! My little one is already improving her self feeding and standing like the bigger kids. She seems happy and waves at her friends when I drop her off.

The teachers here are incredibly warm, caring, and responsive to concerns. The turnover is low, and I appreciate the consistency in caregivers my kids have. I feel very comfortable leaving them here every day, and I know they are in good hands. I especially like that my infant isn't spending his days in swings, bouncers, and exersaucers like I have seen at other centers, but is able to move freely about in a safe area with developmentally appropriate as activities. Additionally, there are multiple opportunities for parents to get involved, and several gatherings for families outside of school hours during the year.

We've had our preschooler at Family Focus for almost two years now, and our baby for the past 6 months. We've been pleased with the care our children have received--they're always happy to go in the morning and happy when we pick them up in the afternoon.

I would look at other places before leaving your child here. Not the best model for good childcare.
