I haven’t directly worked with your organization but want to compliment one of your therapists. Justin Keathley has been such a kind therapist, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and support he provides. From the very beginning, Justin created a space that feels safe, grounded, and judgment-free. He listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and has a remarkable ability to help you feel understood without ever feeling rushed or minimized. 0 stars. A bunch of ladies with big ego and no communication skills. Super sensitive and no cooperative at all. I was scheduled to take an autism test months in advance, and when I showed up was told that I would not be getting an autism test. Called back about a month later to find out why I was not given this test, even though that’s what it was initially scheduled for and not a single soul could give me any information regarding my appointment or why I was not given a test. Kept trying to refer me to their records department, who surprise surprise NEVER answers Or return any phone calls. I’ve left several messages and I live three hours away and they’re taking advantage of my distance from them to not serve me properly. Everybody here needs to be fired

I wish I could give it a negative star. This place is horrible. My daughter was seen by a therapist named Debbie. She kept changing appt times without notification. Would refuse to see my daughter when she did come to her appts, claiming they had been changed to the next week, then the next week, then the next. She lied on paperwork about my daughter's diagnosis and her ability to interact with public. My daughter has severe social anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, and Bipolar. Don't use the Jonesboro office and stay far away from Debbie.

The facility in Jonesboro do not care about their patients. It's all about the money. This place needs to be shut down! How is it going to help the patients when they are being dumped by their counselor twice a month, cause they want more pay? It's sickening and they should all be ashamed of themselves. So when you look at the big picture, facilities like this are not helpful at all and they know this. It's a money scheme is all it is. The search continues.

Hello, I would like to take the time to say that my friend received great therapy from Paul C. As a patient it's tough to show up to sessions not knowing what the expect. However, Paul showed kindness, and most of all, gained my friends trust when it came to speaking about difficult things. The therapy made an incredible difference in my friends life and I'm thankful for that.
