Love this daycare! They really genuinely care about the kids! I get greeted every time I drop off and pick up my children! I have three children that attend this daycare , and we've been with them for years! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and that we're satisfied. They plan fun special weeks and spirit days , field trips, and fun little parties for holidays . I definitely would recommend this daycare to other parents!
This center was an absolute nightmare to work with. Not only were my children coming home miserable and upset, my oldest was complaining constantly of being hit, bit, and hurt while there. I get it things happen with kids…but even after speaking with the director multiple times nothing was resolved. Staff was often snippy and rude. On top of that When we showed up at 9:05 once they turned us away because “the day starts at 9:00” and they “sent staff home” now in hindsight it was because their staff was non existent and that was the excuse. I highly recommend finding an in home if you can. This place is terrible.
Our 14 month old son started at Fallone's a few months ago. His teacher is very compassionate and attentive! The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are higher than other centers in the area but I definitely think the care is worth the extra cost! We have been very happy and would 100% recommend Fallones to anyone who is looking for daycare!
All of my kids are at Fallones and we couldn’t ask for a better childcare facility. We have been in the Infant, Toddler, 3’s, and pre-K rooms with positive experiences in each. The teachers and staff love the kids like they’re their own. They get to know and understand each individual little person and all of their quirks. The curriculum is phenomenal. Starting at 8 weeks the children are exposed to science, math, sensory, art, music, etc. There is a massive indoor space for soccer, basketball, scooters...you name it Fallones has it. Even the dreariest of Rochester days my kids come home happy and exhausted. What we love most is the constant communication with parents. Any concern is immediately addressed and the staff is always happy to entertain my many questions. One of our kids needs to be watched closely for medical reasons and we have never once worried about leaving her with Bernice and her amazing team. We couldn’t ask for a better facility and feel very fortunate to have this gem. Our kids love it here!
Both of my kids have attended fallones and we love it!! The staff and teachers are friendly and always go above and beyond, they care for the kids and it shows!! My daughter who is attending the pre-k program loves her teachers and her friends!! Mrs B is an a great owner and she loves all the kids and it shows!! Thank you for caring for my kids:)
