Absolutely terrible I have a toddler that is in yellow room they feed him hard shell tacos on a paper plate and when he doesn't eat it they say he refuses so he only gets milk all day and then when he has a soft stool cause all he has had is milk they call you in from work saying he is sick he came home and everything was normal go to take him the next day and they refuse to take him so if you have a job that you rely on them for work don't send them here and also never had a issue with diaper wash but every time we go to pick him up he has not been properly changed and has a diaper Rash bad enough that it is making his skin swollen I would rather struggle with one job then send my child there she is more worried about filling out paper work than talking care of your children!
Our children love coming to Faith Lutheran! The teachers are top notch, they provide a loving environment, and teach from a christian foundation! They have an excellent facility, great playground and a full sized gymnasium! The kids love that they get to take regular field trips on the buses as well. We really can't say enough great things!
If I could give a negative 1 review I would but, unfortunately, it makes me put a one to leave a review. This establishment is poorly ran. The teachers are okay but the director is not meant to work with children. She has separate sets of rules that differ from the handbook and when you try to discuss anything with her she is immediately defensive. She will not make special accommodations and when it was pointed out that she was not following their own handbook and general protocol she told me I should find my children a different center because she couldn't provide for their needs. Their needs consisted of holding a lunch tray aside for 10 minutes 1 day a week. This is a reasonable accommodation but she refused and stated they do not have the staffing and she doesn't have to hold lunch for anyone. She does not know how to "direct" parents and is far from professional. Until she no longer runs this establishment I do not feel this is a trustworthy place to leave children. If the director can be so rude and aggressive with parents, who use words to communicate, I'm unsure of how aggressive she is with unruley children.
Faith Lutheran is a fun place for kids! My daughter has been attending since June of 2016, and the teachers have been amazing at working with her, and helping her to reach her full potential!
