Unfortunately I’m not the only person that has been treated terribly here. While Miss Marsha presents her daycare as faith-based and professional, my experience was marked by repeated lateness, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior—even in front of my child. I was late to work due to her unreliability, and when I voiced concerns, she deflected blame and became hostile. I would not recommend this provider to families who need consistent, respectful care.
Ms. Marsha and Mr. Les (my son would call him uncle Les) were not just my son's daycare but was like a second family. He was with them before he turned one until we move when he was in 3rd grade. He is 14 now and still talks about how wonderful they are. They taught him a lot that when he was in kindergarten he was bored because he past what was being taught. I would highly recommend Faith house daycare. We miss you Ms. Marsha and Uncle Les.
Said they was getting my kids in morning &.never showed up just had them waiting left them with my older son (my kids they’re toddlers the way) , ms marcsha didn’t apologize tried to blame me for her actions or none there of when I called her to verify THREE times each time her telling me we are still on then had the nerve to say I still have to pay a co pay luckily I’m smart and all my phone calls record . I’m reporting them and not paying a penny very unreliable and unprofessional do not send your kids here ! I recommend Ralpha academy next door !
