Great daycare, wonderful owner... small business not many kids (this is what you want) I had a very serious issue with one caregiver in particular..... she kept going my 8 month old cows milk (big health concern - not old enough to transition AND I provided my own formula) anyways.. I made management aware of the situations about 3 times before I took my son out because of the care giver. The owner was very sweet and apologetic. She said she fired the girl and installed cameras. I did not go back but I would recommend this daycare!
My 3 children has been going to faith Christian academy since they were literally infants and they ALL woke up each morning screaming to go!!! We have tried joy land to begin with when my oldest was 1 1/2 but hated it there and my middle one was just 6 months and he cried every time we got to the door. I thought I was doomed UNTIL I found FAITH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY ❤️💗. This daycare is more than just a day care!!! My boys LOVED coming each day. And once my daughter was born she started going. I swear y’all these lovely ladies POTTY TRAINED my daughter. I picked her up one day and no I haven’t been working with her and, she was in panties😍😍😍😍😍. I was so excited that my daughter was coming home asking to go potty on her own. Yes faith Christian academy did that. They are truly a BLESSING. I love each and everyone of those ladies. 💜💜💜💜💜💗💗
Previous experience was good. I honestly don't know what happened over the years. The care now is horrible!!!!! I pulled my child due to the lack of care he received not to mention he was a baby, not even 1 years old. On numerous occasions I picked him up and he was poopy and soaked. I also picked him up on several occasions where he was drinking out of another child's bottle, had other children's empty bottles in his bag and his bottles were unknown where. My child is lactose interolerant as well as allergies to red dye but was given red juice. Major issue to me. Upon speaking to the teacher about it nothing was done. After the 3rd time of it happening my child did not return. The head people didn't seem to care about any of that but made sure to bring up money each time a conversation was started regarding something wrong. The teachers even said if they said anything they were told to be quiet basically. The true care and dedication went out the window and it seems that money is the only concern for this place. I pray for anyone who still has their child there, hope they are getting better care than my child did!! Oh and make sure to pay them or they will take a civil action out on you and try to have your wages garnished!! Smh!!! Shame on you so called Christians!!!
The teachers here and staff are like family to us! I hate that my kids r going to kindergarten next year we will so miss you!
