We absolutely ADORE the staff at Faith Academy Earth City. Our daughter's language skills have exploded since she starting going there. She absolutely loves her teachers and they were incredible at helping her adjust to school. The security features they have us feel at ease and we love that we're able to check in on the cameras. Would highly recommend this school to anyone!
My son attends Faith Academy and has for several months now. In the time he has been here I have seen positive shifts in his attitude, major growth and confidence, and I feel confident and comfortable with knowing he is being well cared for by vetted teachers and staff, loved on, and learning through play and a wonderful curriculum. His teachers are excellent with daily communication, understanding of his dietary restrictions and are more than happy to work with me to raise up a wonderful child of God.
We just had our first week at the Sunset Hills location. It's hard when your maternity leaves ends and you have to entrust your child to others. But I couldn't be more happy with the decision we made. Miss Maddie and Miss Michelle made this such a wonderful week and a smooth transition for all of us. Everyone there is so loving and attentive and I'm so happy we chose to be a part of Faith academy
My experience with Faith Academy Sunset Hills has been beyond disappointing and frustrating. The directors, Chloe and Michelle, have repeatedly shown a pattern of dishonesty, condescension, and a complete lack of professionalism. I found them to be deceitful in communication, dismissive of concerns, and condescending when asked for clarity or support. Communication is evasive at best, and when concerns are raised, they’re met with defensiveness instead of solutions. Even more concerning is that they do not follow the guidelines laid out in their own handbook. Policies that are clearly written are either ignored or inconsistently enforced, depending on what suits them. This creates an environment that feels unstable, unpredictable, and frankly, unsafe for children. As a parent, trusting someone with your child is everything, and unfortunately, that trust was completely broken here. Their lack of genuine care for the families they serve is abundantly clear. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be treated with consistency, respect, and real attention to their needs—look elsewhere. Faith Academy is not it.
I have been to several daycares around the area and was never 100% comfortable leaving my daughter there. She was always terrified. From day 1 my daughter loved it and continues to love it! The staff is so kind and thoughtful! I am so glad I found faith academy for my daughter!
