This church is an open and affirming church, which is great, but I'm not sure my 3 year old needed to be "educated" in that way. I was also disturbed to find out that a sex addicts (SA) meeting was being held within the building during preschool hours. Since the preschool is not in a secure location within the church, I raised this concern with staff members and a church board member. To be fair, they might have changed the time or location of these meetings, but they never reassured me of that when I raised the concern. That alone made me question the safety and security of the children and the judgment of the pastor and staff. I would encourage any family to ask a LOT of questions before putting your child in this preschool!!
I LOVE the preschool. The teachers are amazing with the kids and I have loved watching my son grow with them and look forward to sending my daughter there as well. It’s a safe and controlled environment as well.
