What Parents Say
Fairfield Educational Building receives polarized reviews, with most parents praising the staff, learning environment, and peace of mind. However, a minority of parents report serious concerns about inadequate support for children with special needs and behavioral challenges, resulting in abrupt dismissals.
My Son has attended the Fairfield Educational Building since he was an infant. I decided to put him in their Kindergarten class and I am so glad I did!!! The teachers and staff are so great with kids and treat them like their own!! I never had anxiety leaving my child at daycare because I knew he was happy and had great people looking after him. He is now 7 and is attending their summer program again this year. Just a fantastic daycare!
This was the worst experience. My son went to this center for about 7-8 months and the staff did not help my son with potty training, they continued to keep pull-ups on him and he was three years old. The staff made us feel that my son was a burden because he needed speech services. I submitted complaints about the way my son was being treated and no one that’s above the Fairfield center’s director responded to my complaints. I would not recommend this center! Once I pulled my son from this center he was potty trained by his new center within a month and they help with meeting the needs for his speech services. We’re very happy that we remove our son from the this center!
I don't believe this school cares about a childs needs. Read the reviews on Google. They lack a caring, supportive, and a nurturing environment. Children should feel loved, safe, and wanted. They will tell you they will work with your child if they need additional help, that is not true. There was no plan to help my child succeed. Their solution was to take the easy way out, and get him out of their program because he needed more attention. Teacher-The role of a teacher is to inspire, motivate, encourage and educate learners. Techers can have a lasting effect on our children good or bad. It is truly sad that there are individuals who lack these skills working in an educational environment.
My four children 5,4,2 and infant attended Fairfield educational building in the beginning it seemed very open and inviting . Very quickly they beginning calling a lot about my two year old son and kicking him out of e center after a sit down meeting less than a week before about his “behavior “ (normal two year old behavior ). My infant would need a change of clothes often which lead me to think she was wet in often . I talked with other parents and some had the same issues and were looking for new center . They told me my two year old needed a new environment they could not accommodate him anymore . I was at work and they gave me a hour to pick him and his siblings up and I said his big brother is in your kindergarten program and they didn’t care . I will be reporting this incident
