This preschool is a wonderful place to send your child! My oldest child was in the 4 yr old class this year and had a fantastic time. He made great friends, learned a ton, and was well loved and cared for. My other two children will definitely be coming here! The teachers are attentive, thoughtful, and kind.
Before our oldest child turned two, my husband and I started researching local preschools. We heard about FUMC’s Preschool from a co-worker and we started to do some research and contacted the Church and asked quite a few questions about their curriculum and how they ran their program. We liked everything we heard and signed our son up once he became of age, and our daughter followed him 2 years later. They had Mrs. Recker as their teacher and learned and grew so much during their time there. It definitely prepared them for primary school. We couldn’t have asked for a more loving and nurturing environment for them. The classroom and outside play area were amazing. This was in the middle to late 1990s. In 2021 our daughter, now married and with children, started looking for a preschool for their young ones to attend. FUMC Preschool was the first and only place they contacted because they knew after talking to us and a few friends how wonderful their program is. Our granddaughter just finished her 2nd year at FUMC in the 4 year old class with Mrs. Rudoni, Mrs. T and Grandma Sharon and she absolutely loved it!! She learned and experienced so many new and exciting things and made a lot of friends and absolutely adored her teachers. Her brother was in the 3 year old class which was combined with the 4 year old class 2 days a week, so they were in the same class. He loved it and his confidence and love for everything grew so much during this school year and he is excited to attend the 4 year old class in the fall. Their 2 younger siblings will be attending in the future. They are the 2nd generation to attend preschool at FUMC as both their mom AND dad went there, along with their aunt and uncle. Great experience for our daughter, she gained so much confidence to prepare her for kindergarten. Highly recommend this school. We plan on sending all our kids through this program. Mrs. Rudoni and her staff are excellent!
