As a parent, I really wanted to love Executive Kids, but after a month, we decided it wasn’t the right fit for our family. Communication started off promising through their parent app, but after the first couple of weeks, updates became sporadic and inconsistent. Outdoor time varied greatly day to day, and there were times children were outside without water available. The teachers were kind and seemed to genuinely care about the kids, which I appreciated. However, the overall management and structure left a lot to be desired. The center just didn’t have the level of organization, professionalism, or consistency we’ve experienced elsewhere (we recently moved, hence the original switch to Executive Kids). We ultimately chose to move our child to another center, and the difference has been very clear — better communication, more structure, and a much happier child. I’d encourage parents to visit, ask questions, and trust their instincts.
After a month with Executive Kids, the atmosphere and management left us uneasy. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and outdoor time and supervision seemed loosely managed. The director appears spread far too thin — acting as director, manager, chef, and janitor — and when I raised concerns she looped in “Mommy,” the owner, which only reinforced how unprofessionally the place is run. Teachers were kind, but the program lacked the warmth, structure, and professionalism we’ve experienced elsewhere. We chose to leave, and our child is noticeably happier at their new center. Parents who visit should trust their gut — something just feels off.
The center gives off an uncoordinated, “someone’s always scrambling” vibe that made us uncomfortable. The management feels scattered and communication is lacking from both management and staff.
My child goes here and it will be 3 years in September. Location and facilities are amazing. The pricing is great. The staff are unbelievable- I don’t know where do they find these people, but all seem to be so invested and very loving people. Not surprising because the ladies that own the place are highly personable, down to earth and hard working. And most importantly, my child loves it here. What more anyone could ask for? She is in the class with great group of kids that are all within a similar age. Teacher to child ratio is also very good because if anything of importance (or not —just the cute stuff worth mentioning) has come up throughout the day, you will hear about it. Haha This location and the one in Brookdale are conveniently located. The hours of operation are spot on for the working families. They have a large indoor gym and outdoor playground space. Again, I can’t say enough great things. We will miss them dearly when my child moves onto K grade at the public school.
