Everyday Sunshine Children Min. Site I

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 6 months and now she is 9 years old. I never had any problems with the staff. The staff is very nice and professional. This daycare help me get through college with me being a single parent due to them caring for my child. When I had my son they welcome him at 4 weeks old and now he is 4. I thank the staff for what they do.

Staff was very curt and so unprofessional. After asking general questions about child care and not getting clear answers from the director, I spoke to the owner. Mrs Allen staff is a true reflection of her. She is rude. We don't need businesses in our community that is conducted in this manner. Contact BBB, local officials and apply pressure to remove bad business from our community.

The director Ms. Allen along with her staff at the Hall avenue location are very rude and unprofessional. Their sign and everywhere you search states they open at 0530. She told me because I wasn't on Child Care Resources and my money wasn't guaranteed she wouldn't open her center at 0530, she opens at 0600. I offered to pay a month in advance, but she wouldn't return my calls. When I did actually get in contact with her she hung up in my face would not answer thereafter, having her staff to tell me she was out of the building.

My experience with them was horrible staff and owner have horrible spirits, horrible customer service, and talk to parents like their kids are not important. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this childcare facility unless you wanna be disrespected and belittle by the owner !!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
