Everyday Is Special Childcare

Fantastic, patient care so far. Another daycare in the area left me mildly traumatized after treating my daughter and I both horribly because of my daughter's tantrums. However, the owner of Everyday is Special worked with me consistently to find a unique system for her and, go figure, my daughters behavior has improved by leaps and bounds now that she's being looked after by professionals that act like they care about her and are patient with her. She's happy to come to daycare now. They handle transport to and from many schools in the area safely-- haven't had any issues with it yet. The price is extremely fair for the services provided. I'll update this later if I need to but so far I can definitely recommend this daycare.

There have been several issues at this daycare. First, this daycare is NEVER open on time. After speaking to the owner about the issue she states she will address staff but no changes. I’ve pulled in at 6:35 and the building is still closed but staff will be waiting in their cars until they are ready to walk in. There have been days when staff is 20 minutes late opening the daycare and buses leave around 7 for school drop off. My child has complained about how rude the teachers are to the kids. When my child has told the teachers about another child doing something wrong the teachers ignore the situation, until I bring up my concern. The owner says she will address the issue but nothing changes. My child has never begged to not go to daycare until they started going here. This has been the worst daycare experience I’ve had. Very disappointed.

My daughter attended this daycare for a few weeks. She had a issue with another child there so I tried at least 5 times to call to speak about the issue. They never called back. We left many messages and nothing. The owners are completely incompetent. All I wanted was a conversation for the people in charge. Could’ve been easily dealt with. Do not send your kids here!!!!

My daughter goes here and loves it! They are very professional and treats every child there like their own. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking to feel comfortable that their child is in amazing hands while their away.

First off anyone that has anything negative to say about this place is down right bitter. Ive been with them from the moment they opened their doors and i could not ask for a better place in Cincinnati for my kids. Professional to a t. There has never been a question or concern about my kids safety because the staff treats every child with care and love. Learning. Man learning is made of fun and challenges for the kids which allows them to advance on higher levels than other daycares. This place is more than a daycare. This place is about every day being special no matter of any obstacle each individual child faces.the owner makes their days amazingly fun and educational your kids dont want to go home. This is truly the only place i will miss when i leave Cincinnati because im not just leaving a daycare im leaving family. No child left behind here. The owner treats every child equally while catering to their individual needs. This woman is truly a blessing and mentor. I would recommend her and her establishment to anyone and everyone. I love you guys
