Ethel Trice Day Care Center

I am so happy that my son attends this daycare. A hidden gem located in Mt. Airy. The staff is so nice. Everyday when I drop him off or pick him up he’s happy and clean. It feels like family. I love the nurturing environment and you can tell that it’s been this way for years.

I attend Trice Day Care as a child when it first was just originally in Ethel Trice home starting out. It has grown since then and has been a family, and family orientated business for over 20+ years. My two sons have attended the Daycare and when they started kindergarten then were slightly more advance than the other students because of the teachings that they had at the daycare. My kids were always treated as family, taught how to be respectful and loving towards others, they were educated whilst still being able to have fun at the facility. I recommend this place to my friends with children and any other person I know with children. Love, Respect and Family has always been what they've shown to parents and children since i was there as a child in the 90s and they still live by the same policy for this generation and the next to come.

My 4 year old goes to Trice and sending him there has been the best decision i have made. I know hes with his extended family and they love him just as much as i do. The staff actually care about the well being of your child and preparing them for kindergarten. When choosing a daycare I never wanted to feel like i was sending him to the babysitter just to be watched while I'm at work. The staff at Trice Daycare are amazing and goes above and beyond for the child's well being. The staff at the center help with the growth and development of my son - helping with the basic fundamentals of learning his ABC's and 123s. My son is only 4 years old and knows the shades of different colors as well as proper etiquette. My son is very well manner and I have the staff here to thank. I would recommend this center to any parent who has a young infant or toddler who is looking for a family based daycare center. Words cant describe how truly amazing and blessed I am to have found an extended family within this Daycare center.

I cannot say enough about how fortunate I am to have come across the Trice Day Care Center Family. My son attended Trice Day Care for many years, and I could not have asked for a better foundation for him. First and foremost, the staff is knowledgeable, professional and excellence driven! The facility is always bright, clean and conducive to learning and growing. My son was more than prepared for kindergarten upon leaving Trice. He was given a solid foundation in phonics, word recognition and number sense.However, I am most thankful for the character development that my son received at Trice. He was taught to make good choices, to be loving and kind, to be respectful, to try his best, and to be self-confident.The seeds planted at Trice continues to serve my son well both in and out of school. I also want to say that not only did my son learn a lot from Trice, but so did I. The wisdom, guidance and sometimes just the “listening ear” and support that I received from Trice as a new mother was priceless. I will be eternally thankful to my Trice family for all that they have done for us. If you are looking for a facility that will embrace you as family and teach your little one to strive for excellence in everything that they undertake, then look no further! Trice Day Care Center is where it’s at!!!! P.S. Just some added bonuses....the meals are nutritious and delicious!!!!! They also give the kids cool projects for family engagement and they go on lots of nice trips....Dutch Wonderland, Storybookland, The Constitution Center just to name a few.

Trice Day Care has a nurturing and orderly environment. I've come to view the teachers as an extension of our family and they truly care for their students. I very much appreciate their quality of care. My child attended from ages 1-4.
