My kids spent several years at this daycare. The teachers were caring, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Just got told today my daughter is getting kicked 12/15. Wrote a letter instead of telling me in person. They were aware that I was speaking with a specialist in regards to her behavior. Was told they were ok with that and work with us. TOTAL LIE. If your child learn differently don’t come here. Michaela and Kaci have no compassion. We had no issues prior until she moved to the blue room. They’re horrible!!! Plus aren’t nice to the children. I’ve heard how they speak to them in the mornings. If your kid has ADHD, I wouldn’t suggest it . No special classes or training with children who learn different. I’m truly DISGUSTED with how everything has been handled. Plus my daughter cried almost morning before coming here. The director is rude and told me that adhd isn’t genetic which in fact it is.

Been going to this daycare since 2021 had no issues in young and older toddlers room. When my daughter went to pre-k room 10 months ago was where the problems started. Apparently my daughter has a “bad attitude and violent” at daycare when she doesn’t do that at home. The teachers in that room don’t talk to you or anything. Rather talk to each other rather then talk to the parents about problems or even talk to the children. Kallie is all the time very mean to all the children. They don’t know how to problem solve children issues without barking orders at them unlike the other teachers who have been ran out of the place. If your Child has learning disabilities. Do not take your children to this daycare. For Kallie and the teachers in the pre-k room this job is just a paycheck for them. They don’t care about your children well being.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a place who is supposed to be a professional center that deals with kids. I’m the father of a 3 year old girl, who was enrolled at End Of The Rainbow, FOR ABOUT 7 hrs!!! and was told with ZERO notice that she can’t return because she wasn’t completely potty trained. I’m so confused, especially because in the enrollment packet it states that change such as daycare can be Very frightening for any child and that it takes 3-6 months before they are fully adjusted. Being 3 years old and being dropped off at a unfamiliar place is terrifying. and I’m only mad at myself for putting my daughter in such a position with unprofessional people who offered ZERO help. And wouldn’t even consider watching her for the rest of the week until I could find another facility for her. Shout out to End of the Rainbow! Thank you so very much for being part of the problem and not help being part of the solution! I wasn’t asking for much! Nor expecting anything out of the ordinary for a CHILDCARE center! SO VERY DISGUSTED about how terrible their attitude was when trying to find a solution before they expelled her for wetting herself in a unfamiliar setting!

If I could give zero stars I would. Seems like all the staff has bad attitudes ,especially the lady at the window! On top of that they watched my daughter for hours before deciding they couldn't watch her anymore.Even tho they have a policy stating if the child is unwatchable ,disruptive etc.. the parents have a week to find other care. NOPE ! 🙅🏻 THEY TELL ME AFTER I START MY NEW FREAKING JOB!.🤦‍♀️ so now I'm stuck with Noone to watch her ! I thought these people were in the business of helping single parents /parents - nah they couldn't have cared less whether I lost my job or not .
