Enchanted care Delaware has been an amazing fit for our kiddos. The teachers are very inviting and you can tell they all truly care about their students in their class and around the building. Josh and Jennie are very helpful when we have any questions and they always greet us by name, you can truly see how much they put into their school and all their hard work. We love all the extra things they do like celebrations for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and even get the grandparents involved for grandparents day. It’s a great school if you’re looking for a safe and great place to take your child this is the place to go!
Our son has been at Enchanted Care for 3.5 years now and I would highly recommend them! As a parent it is incredibly difficult to trust just anyone with our son and we always know he is safe with his teachers. Mrs. Sami and Ms. Madi have been so great with him this year always making him feel comfortable and he is learning so much! We are incredibly thankful for all they do for our son!
Our 2 yr old son has been going to Enchanted Care for almost a year now. He started with half time care (3 days a week) in the infant class with Ms. Ana and Ms. Mariah and eventually transitioned over to the full time and toddler room during the summer and now he is in Ms. Abbie's class and he gets to be with Ms. Ana again later in the day :-). he got used it really fast and transitions were very smooth that I cant even remember. I was amazed how he learned sign language and started expressing "more" "milk" etc., when he was just over a year. He also picked up some cute dance move too! I appreciate all the learning happning but most importantly, he is happy about going to EC every morning. when I drop him off, he waves at me and tells me bye bye. This to me says it all. All thanks to all wonderufl teachers. the whole facility is well run by Josh and Jennie duo. I see that they are always all over the place to make sure things are running and kids are safe and happy. I never had any problems. I checked all the other daycares nearby, Enchanted Care stood out by far and I am glad that we made the choice to enroll him in. Highly recommend.
We’ve been at Enchanted Care for 4+ years and our kids have had wonderful teachers along the way. Mrs Sami has now had both our daughter and son in her preschool age class and has been phenomenal at comforting them when they’re sad at drop off, and loving them even at their wildest. We enrolled our youngest this year and have been blown away by Ms Krystal in the infant room - our daughter LOVES her and that speaks volumes for how much she cares for the babies in her class.
We transitioned to Enchanted Care in the middle of last year and have been so happy with our experience. The team is welcoming and friendly. Their regular communication and consistency in caring about our family and our experiences have been excellent. They ask for and welcome feedback. We have appreciated the opportunities for extra experiences too (soccer, karate, celebrations of moms, dads, and grandparents, etc.) Our kids enjoy their time with their teachers and friends and often come home inspired to talk about and recreate what they were doing in school that day. We are grateful Enchanted Care has helped them develop a love of learning.
