Emmanuel Wee Care Day Care Center

This daycare is a great child care facility. All of the employees are very respectful and kind. The employees are very informative on what they expect from a child and parent/guardian. The children are well taken care of. Never have I once had to deal with inconsistency from this child care facility. When it comes to the staff; they’re all awesome! I am especially bias when it comes to them because they are modest women of God. They rock!!!

For the many years this Child Care center have been operating they have remained consistent. All of the staff are professional and have plenty of experience working with children. I enjoy their Christlike mannerisms and will to help the community. If you’re looking for a child care center that actually Care for your child, look into Emmanuel Wee Care Day Care Center!

I am writing a review to I hope save someone else from having to deal with the director Mrs. Jeffcoat's negative attitude. I dealt with it for the entire time my child attended there. It was only when I confronted her about her lying to me all she had to say was she thought she was right or she didn't know. Which is only a way she tries not to take responsibility for being caught lying. If she didn't know then she should not have been giving information and said she would find out. I was also not informed of their hours changing and when I informed them that I was thinking of looking for another daycare because of their hours no longer being convenient for me. Mrs. Jeffcoat along with another employee said I needed to check my messages and she didn't know where I had been but their hours had been changed. Which I then told them was a lie and no one informed me of an hours change again. They both acknowledged that I was correct and they were wrong again. They said because another employee use to tell me that no longer worked there and they didn't know and I didn't get their messages then about the hours changing because someone else use to tell me. It was their responsibility to inform the parents of hours and hours changing and they failed to do that. Which made me have someone driving almost an hour one way to take my son to daycare late everyday since then. Is wrong and shows they have no concern for the parents of the children that attended their. I also did file a complaint about not their lack of informing parents of hours changing. Also, I have no problem telling my last interaction with them and that I had enough of their lies and incompetence. And I did shut the door harder than normal. After over a year of dealing with the lies and the attitude I had enough. I was tired of proving them wrong again and their lack of concern for the parents and failure to inform of daycare changes. P.S. There were times I paid late and they inconsistently change late fees. I even paid a late fee the last time I paid for the current week I was in when it was a Wed and not Friday or the following week which would have been late then. They have no organization of keeping up with their books and on the way to pay was told I hadn't paid since a date previous and when I got to the daycare they conveniently found I didn't lie again and they were unorganized. They do not take responsibility for their actions and will constantly tell you they didn't know or they thought to cover themselves. Save yourself the stress of dealing with this and stay away. After they had a previous employee leave I knew I should have left also. I'm glad now I did and I hope to save someone else from dealing with this daycare or Mrs. Jeffcoat the director also.

My kids have been going here since they were 2 and 3 months and we’ve never had an issue , and my kids love it and They treat my kids like their own .
