They have good service in the regular hospital area. But in the Emergency waiting room is another story. At day time they take forever to call someone. One time my mom had to wait more than 4 hours and they didn't call her. She had to go home and buy some pills at the farmacy. At night is mostly empty and they tend to treat patients quick in the emergency waiting room. Depends on the time and how many emergency are there at night. Good service at night in the Emergency area.
Drs are great but the pharmacy service is horrable. Way to slow to take new Rx. With the conditions that we are with covid, they should attend faster. They keep you waiting more the an hour to give in your Rx.

El personal me encanta son amables y atentos casi todos. Citado para las 9:45am 3 horas y aun congelado en la sala de espera, las oficinas parecen corrales solo cabe una persona porque el espacio de las oficinas es pasillo y tampoco quieren que se espere en el pasillo si padeces de los nervios tomate los medicamentos y trae un cojín porque las sillas plástica se sienten como de acero a los 10 minutos trae un abrigo bueno. Y trae desayuno y almuerzo. El estacionamiento 🅿️ fatal, un hospital tan bonito como lo pusieron pero no han arreglado los estacionamientos mucho adorno áreas verdes, usen esas áreas para estacionamiento, un hospital sin pacientes no funciona! Marquen correctamente los estacionamientos que hay para que aprendan a estacionarse y haya mas espacio y renueven el área de la guagua de comida para estacionarse ahí. Que pasa que nadie escucha las quejas de los paciente clientes! También un vale para comida 🍲 y café gratis cuando tengan a uno mas de una hora en espera no seria mala idea. 💡
El médico que tienen en el turno de la noche en verdad que no funciona al parecer que está por dinero y no por su profesión lleve a mi niño de 4 años con asma y te dejan esperando como si no le importara nada que pena que hallan personas supuestamente profesionales pero al parecer no le importa la gente .
