We love Emeline Preschool. My daughter has really thrived here and her confidence has blossomed since being in the pre-k class. It's a great small school environment with about 8 kids in each classroom (23 kids total) and wonderful teachers. The school has a large outdoor play yard, a garden, a rabbit, and chickens. Plus it's conveniently located in central Santa Cruz, fairly close to UCSC, and affordable! They even offer a flexible full time or part time schedule.
What a gem! My daughter has been attending Emeline for 3 years now and my 2 year old son is just starting up. I can tell you that my little girl loves Emeline and has special relationships with every teacher there. The teachers are excellent. Patience and nurturing are the key words that come to mind when describing the teachers attributes at Emeline. The facility is comfy, safe and plenty fun! Amazing place. Amazing community. Our daughter is in her second year at Emeline Preschool. She has made amazing friends while making significant strides in her development and her empathy. We are very happy with this preschool, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, safe, enriching environment for their child.
Our son had an incredible experience at Emeline Preschool. Teacher Jenn is a true gem and a wonderful teacher. We are great full to the talented teachers and awesome learning environment they have created for the children.
