So disappointed! I called June 9th to see if they work with kids not on the spectrum. The women who answered said yes. Got a referral faxed same day, June 9th. Called June 12th to confirm if they received the referral. I was transferred to a few departments, the last one didnt answer. I left a message, she called back but i missed her call. She left a message. I called back a minute later and no answer. Left a message. I have yet to get a call back from anyone. I understand with the summer break it gets busy but no call back is so unprofessional. Below is proof of my call log
Nice trustworthy staff. My granddaughter loves it. Seldom wants to leave.
We are so glad we found this place when we did. From the daycare to the therapist, this the best place for children with special needs.
Get a call from Mrs. Gutierrez this morning. I can not believe the way she talked to me. As a parent, in no way shape form or fashion would I ever bring my child to a facility or let someone from this place come to my home who is this rude and talks to parents like they are idiots. “I left you a voicemail, we’re you just not worried about calling me back or don’t care about your kids care?” I will be making a complaint with tricare today. Can’t imagine what people are feeling having to deal with this lady. How could someone even talk to patients parents like this. Recommend looking somewhere else for anyone looking for therapy for their children.
