What Parents Say
El Mundo de Colores receives overwhelmingly positive reviews, with parents praising the caring staff, educational curriculum, and kindergarten preparation. The center is described as operating like an academy with structured classes and strong parent involvement. One negative review raised concerns about staff qualifications and language barriers.
I recommend this Day Care Center!! My 2 nephews went there as it was really an enjoyable experience, I was able to participate on the activities from school and it was very educational. Now as a First Time Mom my daughter started school last September and i have no regrets I felt confident of leaving my daughter there, teachers Ms Darlyn, Ms Sonia, Ms Gaudy and social workers were very helpful and friendly guiding me in the right direction from the beginning. My son will be going there too this September and I'm very confident it will be an amazing experience! <3
I know for a fact that student at A World of Colors do not receive any homework especially were their grammar is corrected by the teachers. This preschool runs til prek 4, which means kindergarten is not offered. I am pleased with the their staff professionalism, dedication, commitment and knowledge for providing a rich, healthy, well planned curriculum and above all it's a safe environment to all young children. I know of families that return with their young children because of the positive friendly services provided year round. I recommend this center to any families needing services.
First school for my daughter and she loves her teachers Mrs Sandra & Mrs Gloria. We have seen a big progress on her, she learns everyday, even on these difficult times (Pandemic), they have been very supportive an on top of the activities that needs to be done from home. All the staff is very professional, Highly recommend the Word Of Colors.
Unfortunately the staff there seems to be highly unqualified and have significant language barriers. I cannot even guarantee that they have high school diplomas to be honest. My niece comes home w. Homework instructions MISSPELLED!! Fortunately for us she is very bright but I am sure there are many students struggling to learn from teachers that can barely spell! I understand that these daycares are held at different standards than actual schools. I'm sure they can hire whoever's cousin or aunt, with no certifications. But if that's the case then they shouldnt be allowed to say they offer "preschool and kindergarten ". Just offer daycare services. Babysitting services. Maybe I am missing something, but from what I see they definitely need more qualified teachers. With the cost of daycares nowadays I can understand how the credentials of these places can get lost as a primary concern, but the quality should be better overall. Unreal.
Great place for children! Works more like an academy than a daycare! It has structured classes and they make sure your kid is very well prepared for kindergarten! Love it and so does my son
