Einstein's Daycare has extremely mixed reviews. Two parents praise the teachers and their care, but six parents report serious concerns about cleanliness, supervision, hygiene issues including lice infestations, unprofessional behavior, and poor customer service.
This place is awful . Iv picked up my niece with a soiled and poop diaper that they have been sitting in for a while ! Not only that but they are not clean every time I go in there the kids are running around screaming they have had lice infestations all throughout summer and didn’t clean and take Care of it. Instead they would just send the kids home for the parents to handle and then when they come back the kids would get re infested again ! Also there had been times I go in there and they just rush me out with the kids like they’re in a hurry and it’s not even closing time for them ! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars !!!!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!! This is the most rude and unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. If you have a child or are thinking about taking your children DON'T!!! THEY HAVE SPOTS OPEN FOR A REASON!!!! They will take videos of your children's behavior instead of defusing the situation they just record and do nothing even when you child could get hurt in the process. I have one more thing to say since they won't take my phone call if the video is not erased now they will see me with my lawyer!!! PLEASE don't take you're precious children here!!!
This place is dirty and very unprofessional. Kids are unsupervised and have to sit on dirty floor for 2 hours in mornings. With no toys just TV. The worst daycare in town.
I can not stress this enough, please don't bring your child here, and if you already do, please stop. I went to look around and try to get my son signed up, and the inside of the building is filthy, the children were running around screaming and basically unsupervised. This is a terrible place for kids. They are unprofessional, and force religious beliefs on the children(making them pray before meals), and I'm the short time i was there they had an issue with children hitting eachother which was hardly addressed, yet making them pray is a priority, above making sure its a clean respectable place to bring children.
The lady I spoke with on 11/05/2020 @ 3:34pm was completely rude and unhelpful. She not only hung up in my face the first call after rudely sighing, but the second call she was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. Customer service is horrible. If adults are treated poorly, I can only imagine the kids.
