Eicap seem like nice people, what I don’t understand is why they’re affiliated with such a crummy management company as syringa, and why Eicap allows syringa to treat their tenants the way they do, in such a poor manner. I know Eicap fired a woman who now works for syringa, I understand why eicap fired this individual. Are all of these services just a bunch of tax write offs? After living in one of their senior apartment complex’s that Syringa manages It seems as though Eicap doesn’t really care about people.
I did clinicals here when I was in nursing school. I have always been VERY IMPRESSED by all the Humanitarian aid types of programs that IDAHO FALLS has to offer. If we could just fix the HORRIBLE court system.
Five years ago I was having financial hardships. I applied for services and they not only helped with my heating costs but weatherized my home the following year. Ryan and Cody and the rest of the crew were very respectful and polite doing a great job. Highly recommend.
