Poor management after management, this building needs decent proper and a proactive manager to manage the building. Tenants should take care of their property from the inside to the outside. Better Security SPO is a must for Tyler House, More cameras are needed to capture criminal activities and thieves tenants packages are always stolen, Cameras are needed on each and every floor of the building, Broken elevators, mice running down the hallways and in the trash rooms and running underneath tenants doors, rats scratching in the walls and there’s rat holes that’s bigger than a car tire and the manager/owner won’t exterminate the outside grounds, neither the trash rooms for the insects and rats, Spiders and roaches crawling around in the trash room’s and crawling down the walls going into tenants apartment, You can’t get maintenance to fix anything on time without making a fuss, The management is unprofessional they talk about the tenants in front of other tenants and amongst themselves which is violating tenants privacy, The stairway needs recoated it’s an emergency folks will slip and fall, stairway smells, folks sleeping in the stairway and hallways of the building, This is why security needs to roam make rounds more frequently, Folks come into the building to smoke weed in the hallway and in the lobby, Security does nothing cause they say management doesn't administer any work for them. What’s the purpose of the owner paying for security if they can’t secure the building, Broken front doors and back doors, Broken windows and screens, POOR Management. I can go on and on about the housing conditions of this building. But the tenants have to take a stand You must stand for what you believe in rather you live here at the Tyler House or else where. Take a Stand.

This is not a good place to live or be in they need to change the colors of the walls in all the buildings and fix the elevators bad. They look like they been trying but new paint does change stuff it. It’s more like the kids and adults are messing when you go into one of the apartments you can’t tell but leaving out it’s oh lord let me run out quick.

I wouldn’t recommend this building to no one . Especially anyone with children . It’s not safe..it’s alot of violence going on . People on drugs block the walk way . The whole neighborhood be out front in the way It has to many floods in the apartments . New security is messy don’t know what they are doing . Can’t never get to use the washer Nd dryers because it’s only 2 of each on a floor. It’s ridiculous.
