Don't enroll your child here absolutely the worst the teachers are very aggressive with the children no patience at all and don't care about the children and it shows MOST Times they don't even care if you are present just rude the things i have witnessed at this daycare i can write a book about it my advice to all parents is you have to take the time out to really observe who is taking care of your children life comes with sacrifice i know jobs are important to make sure the lights stay on but you have to take time out to see who is looking after yours. I was Disgusted my child is no longer there mine come first.

It can be a wonderful daycare if they were more organized. They have a few good qualifications. Your child will learn. Some teachers know how to communicate with the parents promptly. The office staff is a working process. The centers needs some updates and improvements.

Edward C. Mazique isn’t how it use to be. My older children attended this center 18-20 years ago and all I can say is that nothing is the same anymore. I understand that with COVID coming into our lives, things may have been quite difficult, but this is a very unorganized center now. I as a parent do not feel that good energy there anymore. The management team isn’t the same anymore. I remember where parents felt so welcomed and treated differently but now it’s always the policy here the policy there. There is also a mean and unprofessional way management staff will speak to you. I love the teachers and I love that Mrs. Carolyn is still there, but after that I do not like how they organize and set tons of rules. I understand it’s a daycare center but I’ve explored other daycares this week and I have found that there are wayyy better daycare centers with friendly and caring staff, not only for the children but for parents to feel a part of as well. I will soon be transitioning my son to a more caring and loving daycare center, where they do not only care about their policies but care for parents and children.

"I have serious concerns regarding the professional conduct and quality of care provided at this institution. My observations and experiences have led me to believe that the environment is not conducive to the well-being and development of all children, particularly those with developmental delays. Specifically, I have observed instances of staff exhibiting unprofessional behavior, including what appeared to be disparaging remarks directed towards parents and students during morning arrival. Furthermore, communication via telephone has been consistently marked by a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Regarding children with developmental delays, my experience indicates a lack of adequate attention and support. Inquiries about my child's progress were met with dismissive responses, and I witnessed instances where my child's needs were not addressed appropriately. Therefore, I strongly advise parents to thoroughly investigate the institution's practices and consider alternative options to ensure their child's needs are met in a supportive and professional environment."
