Well, I had a great experience when I was told they had my back. That was only to open me up about my situation , after that they couldn’t care less about adding others to pick your child up without checking with both parties. Ms. Nash told me CPS was speaking to my child just to rattle my feathers. It was my child’s counselor but they just didn’t care to ask who it was. They only make reports when it benefits them and not the parent. I was denied a report that I really need for this court case to show that my child was left at school for over an hour and they decided not to give me a report. If you are a mom they will be on your side but if you are a dad then they will automatically assume you are trouble.

This place has been a blessing for me and my kids, I was able to start a CNA class something I’ve always wanted to do. I met some amazing people here that has helped me with so much .
There's a particular lady there who works there that's has a bad attitude all the time and she always makes up excuses as to why they can't help. Always pretends to take your info and no responds back. It's happened several times. I mean I understand they're guide lines they have to follow but they seem to ALSO PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WISH TO HELP
Amazing wonderful and empowering women at the daycare. Much love and appreciation for how they took care of my babies while they were there!
